The mission of the cross-disciplinary unit of Law, Digital Technology and Sciences (DNS) is to bring together IODE researchers belonging to the various research components identified and whose work either totally or partially falls under the global context of digital technology. Its scope of intervention covers all the areas of law, from intellectual property to the rights of the individual, and from the law of obligations to criminal law at national, European or international level.
This unit is made up of about 20 professors and lecturers as well as PhD students and is also open to the professional world and the international scientific community. In this respect, the unit works in conjunction with the REPI (intellectual property and business network) and has begun a policy of inviting foreign professors (Université de Montréal, LMU Munich).
